How it works
Exhibit an offer
Title, fixed category, description, engagement types, price (hourly, per job, monthly, free, on request), availability, radius, remote, attachments. Anonymous or with profile.
Find
Search and filters: category, engagement, weekday, price, remote, location with radius (default 50 km). Shortlists for seekers.
Request & negotiate
A message instead of an application. Time and price are negotiated in the protected chat; the talent stays anonymous until the binding booking.
Book securely
The booking is a receipt with frozen conditions. The amount is secured and paid out only after the service is delivered. Job chat and appointment in both calendars are created automatically.
Evidence & rating
Proof of delivery, release of payment, rating — all inside the booking's receipt.
Payout through Stripe
Talents connect Stripe Connect once (Profile → Settings → Payouts). The platform fee is transparent; Stripe fees are carried by the platform from its share.
