BOARDS
Boards: Kanban with lanes, drafts and reports
Columns form the process, labels form lanes. Cards carry description, files, comments and dates — and reports turn them into a PDF with letterhead.
How it works
Create a board
In the workspace or the community, empty or from a template. Create, rename, colour (click the dot) and sort columns.
Fill cards
Title, description in Markdown with images and links, priority, due date, assignee, quantity × unit with totals per column. New cards start as drafts; publish deliberately.
Use lanes
One label per card = one lane. As soon as cards sit in two lanes, the board shows them separated automatically. Drag & drop changes column and lane in one move.
Files & appointments
Images, videos, PDFs (present in the viewer), ICS appointments and any other file — from upload or your own documents. Take ICS into the community's calendar with one tick.
Reports
Board PDF and card PDF with or without letterhead, descriptions, comments, history; CSV for spreadsheets. On the phone the report opens in the in-app viewer.
Roles & editors
Owners and admins manage the structure; editing for all members or only for named editors; viewers read. Boards can be moved or copied between workspaces and into the community.
